Shipping and Returns
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped on the day of your order, Monday through to Friday midday Australian Western Standard Time (AWST; UTC+08:00). All orders placed after midday Friday through to Monday 12am will be shipped that coming Monday.
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
- Perth to Perth Metro: 2 - 3 working days.
- Perth to WA Regional: 3-4 working days
- Perth to SA: 3-4 working days
- Perth to VIC, NSW and QLD: 5-6 working days
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Parcel Post.
Please note that during busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.
For International delivery, you should receive your order within 10 working days.
For delivery within Australia, we offer free shipping when you spend over $100AUD.
For purchases that do not meet this threshold we charge a flat rate of $10AUD for any purchase to be shipped within Australia.
For international delivery we offer free shipping when you spend over $150AUD.
For purchases that do not meet this threshold we charge a flat rate of $25AUD for any purchase to be shipped outside of Australia.
Important information for our international customers:
- Please note we do NOT ship to international PO Boxes.
- All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
- Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind we will exchange or refund provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt. This does not apply to cosmetics, lingerie, hosiery and swimwear. Sale items will only be exchanged for another size or colour, not refunded provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with the labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt.
YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Hello Louise if the item is:
(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
(b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
(c) not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, And you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Hello Louise with proof of purchase, such as your original Hello Louise receipt or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes to your order. However, once you have received your goods you can return them for a refund.
